The HSM Shredstar X15 Cross-Cut Shredder is a powerful and reliable shredding solution ideal for offices that require secure document disposal. It features a P-4 cross-cut mechanism, shredding paper into 4 x 37mm particles, ensuring that sensitive information is completely destroyed and unreadable. With a 15-sheet shredding capacity per pass, it allows users to handle large volumes of paperwork efficiently.  his shredder is equipped with a spacious 26.5-liter bin, reducing the frequency of emptying and increasing convenience for busy workspaces. The bin also has a transparent window, allowing users to monitor waste levels easily. Additionally, the separate cutting unit enables the safe disposal of CDs, DVDs, and credit cards, providing versatile shredding capabilities beyond just paper.

CDs and DVDs, credit cards and loyalty cards can be easily shredded through the separate CD cutting unit. In the separate CD waste container, the shredded material is separated and is therefore already sorted for disposal. For smooth operation, the HSM Shredstar X15 includes anti-jam technology, which prevents paper overload and ensures continuous shredding. The quiet motor minimizes noise, making it suitable for shared office environments. It also features an automatic start/stop function, allowing hassle-free operation and energy efficiency when the machine is not in use.

The full bin is indicated via the display, and the machine switches off automatically. The quiet operating mode minimizes noise development at the workplace, which is an important consideration for your staff. An integrated light barrier automatically starts the device when paper is introduced into the feed, and it automatically stops after shredding is complete. The LED indicator shows the device’s operating status: Power, Overload, Overheat, Bin full, Door open. The filling level of the waste container can be seen at all times through the inspection window. For convenience, there are castors on the document shredder so it is easy to move around.
